I’m back! I’ve just been in Vietnam. After that I was in Edinburgh for a wedding and before that I was in Edinburgh for a birthday and a bit of a Fringe. Now I’m back. In London. And there’s a lot going on so here are the headlines…

I have relaunched my improv for business company as Jollity Coaching! After a bit of a hiatus after the pandemic while I was working on Picnic, I’ve decided to light this rocket once more. Take a gander at my new website…
I’ll be offering the following services:
Bespoke team workshops (in-person and online) for up to 20 people
Executive coaching (in-person and online)
6-week evening courses for personal development

New Year, New You Starts Now
Practising improv has been proven to be a benefit in so many aspects of life but particularly at work and for mental health. It can boost confidence, communication and public speaking skills, authenticity, quick thinking, creativity, mindfulness, the list goes on and on.
I have many people coming to my Level 1 improv courses and beyond who love how practising improv has improved other areas of their life. However, it can be difficult for them to continue on this journey without feeling the need to start performing. They find it even harder to get their more nervous colleagues and friends to join them.
This course will be a safe space for people to explore the many advantages of improv at their own pace and in a way that is most relevant to their everyday lives. It will combine what I’ve learned as an improv teacher and facilitating business training as well as an executive coach. Participants will receive helpful, tailored feedback on the areas they feel they need to improve while also joining in with fun and relaxing group games.
The course will take place on Thursday evenings for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks. There will be a maximum of 12 participants, which will allow for a supportive team environment to grow and make sure everyone gets the most out of the time.
So if you’re looking for a personal development opportunity with a difference, sign up now!
Taster Workshop at The Hearth
If you’re still not sure if improv is for you - or just can’t wait until January - I’ll be hosting this very exclusive and fun taster session at The Hearth called Belly Laughs and Bellinis:
As the title suggests, you will be offered a free bellini before the workshop. The Hearth is a beautiful co-working space in Queen’s Park for women that regularly hosts interesting networking events. So come along, have a drink, play some games and meet some great gals.
Don’t Panic!
Personally I’m thrilled that both of my new courses sold out within two weeks of being launched but if you were hoping to grab a spot, don’t worry! I’ll be announcing new course dates for February very soon. So watch your inbox and follow me on Instagram for more updates.
Ok, I think that’s enough from me for now! Ciao for now x
